Number of High School Students Who Passed and Failed
In recent high school examinations, a variety of results were recorded across different regions of Somaliland. Some students succeeded, while others failed to pass their exams. Additionally, it is important to note that some students did not take the exams and were marked as absent.

Awdal
The region of Awdal recorded a total of 1,861 students who sat for the high school examinations. Out of these, 1,499 passed, while 355 students failed. Additionally, there were students who did not sit for the exam and were marked absent.
Badhan
In Badhan, 315 students took the exams. Out of this number, 302 passed and 13 failed. No students were marked absent in this region.
Buuhoodle
Buuhoodle recorded a total of 16 students, all of whom passed their exams.
Daadmadheedh
Daadmadheedh had 53 students who appeared for the exams, and all of them successfully passed.
Gabilay
A total of 1,196 students took their high school exams in Gabilay. Among them, 1,186 passed, while only 6 students failed the exam.
Hawd
In the region of Hawd, 95 students took the exams, and all of them passed with no failures or absentees recorded.
Maroodijeex
Maroodijeex, being one of the largest regions, had a total of 7,560 students who appeared for the exams. Out of these, 7,035 passed, while 484 students failed.
Saaxil
In Saaxil, 826 students took the exams, with 819 passing and 4 failing. There were also 11 students marked as absent.
Salel
Salel recorded a total of 25 students sitting for the exams. Out of this small group, 14 passed and 11 failed.
Sanaag
A total of 916 students appeared for the exams in Sanaag, and 908 of them passed, while 7 students failed the exams.
Saraar
The region of Saraar had 138 students who appeared for the high school exams. All of these students passed with no recorded failures.
Togdheer
Finally, in Togdheer, 2,579 students took the exams, and 2,555 passed. Only 15 students failed the exams in this region.
